Summer in Leeds
Summer in Leeds launches on 28 June. Help us spread the word!
On Monday 28 June we’ll be kicking off our summer in Leeds programme which will run until Friday 17 September. We need your help to let students know what’s planned.
Teams across the University are planning a range of events to help prospective, new and returning students feel welcome on campus and in Leeds. Throughout the summer, students can book onto campus and city tours, sport and wellbeing sessions at the Edge, outdoor movies, music, picnics and more. All to help them feel part of the Leeds community.
These events are all free for our students and their families. All we ask is that they book in advance and follow the covid-safety measures in place.
We’ve created a number of useful communications that you can use to promote the resources to students:

Spring break: holiday activities and support 'toolkit' to share with your students
The holiday activities and support webpage features activities and events, tips on staying connected, campus facilities, and all the support routes available to students outside of term-time.
We now need your help to share this widely with all students. We’ve created a number of useful communications that you can use to promote the resources to students:
The resources provided can be used as stand-alone emails, or as blocks of information that you can incorporate into other planned messages (such as school newsletters, or messages by academic personal tutors). There is also information to help you in responding to incoming enquiries as well as an 'out of office' message that you can add to your email replies.
