Support and further training for you

There is a range of support, training, and workshops on campus that you can dip in and out of as and when you feel it would be useful.

Support can be a chat with colleagues through reflection groups, 1:1 support or coaching from Staff Counselling and Psychological Support Services. These are available for the smallest to the biggest challenges you may face. Don’t wait until you feel the balance has tipped and the stress has become too great before you tap into support or find time to get some headspace and learning from one of the workshops.
