Graduation

As a member of academic staff, you are invited to attend your school's graduation ceremonies.

This involves wearing the relevant academic dress, being a part of the procession into the Great Hall and sitting on stage during the ceremony. 

The December graduation schedule is now live. 

Before graduation

New staff: Email us so we can create a user account with Ede and Ravenscroft.

Returning staff: Log in to the ENet system using your staff email address, check your personal details are up to date with your highest qualification and select to attend on the specific dates and times.

The deadline to order academic dress for graduation is the 25 November. If you miss the deadline, we may be able to provide you with a Leeds black gown, please email us for details.  

Ede and Ravenscroft will make every effort to supply the correct academic dress for overseas degrees. However, this is not always possible, and they may have to provide substitute academic dress.

On the day

Gown collection: Collect your gown from the staff gown collection point which will be confirmed nearer the time.  

Security review: You will need to have your staff ID card with you for collection and entry into the Hall and this may be requested on entry into the Hall. 

Reporting Time: Arrive at UG09 in the Great Hall at least 30 minutes before the ceremony start time and a member of staff will line you up in the procession.
